How we handle your information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and your stated ownership interest. If you choose to continue past registration, we also hold the optional answers you give about budget, residence type, timing, financing posture, and which items you asked us to follow. Every one of those is optional.

We record how you reached this site (campaign parameters where present, the referring site, and the page you landed on) so that we understand which channels bring serious buyers.

This site stores a small amount of information in your browser so it can work properly: which ownership details you have chosen to follow, whether you have registered during this visit, and, if you open a secure link, a session that keeps you signed in. These are essential to the service and are set without asking, because the site cannot do what you asked of it otherwise.

Separately, we ask whether you will allow analytics. Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site and where the experience fails them. Nothing non-essential is measured or transmitted until you choose, and if you decline, nothing is. Every part of this site works either way, and you can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of people who never identify themselves.

To contact you about ownership at The Henry, to filter what we send against what you have told us matters, and to advise you if you ask us to. That is all.

Your information is held in Chimpre, the buyer-intelligence system Chimpre Group operates on, so that a preference you record once does not have to be given again. Chimpre is infrastructure, not a brokerage; your real estate relationship is with Chimpre Group, whose brokerage services are provided through eXp Realty, LLC. Your information remains yours.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with the developer of The Henry, with any other brokerage, or with data brokers. We may share aggregate, non-identifying counts (how many people have registered an interest, for example), but never anything that identifies you.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Every message we send will include a way to stop receiving them.
