Cumberland, Cobb County, and what that means for an owner
The address says Atlanta. The jurisdiction does not, and the difference reaches further into ownership than most relocating buyers expect it to.

Where this actually is
The Henry sits on Circle 75 Parkway in Cumberland, an unincorporated community in Cobb County, Georgia, roughly ten miles north-west of downtown Atlanta. The postal area is 30339, which is why mail, search results and listing portals all say Atlanta.
Unincorporated means there is no city between the community and the county. Cumberland is a place with a name and a business district rather than a municipality with a mayor, and county government is the government.
Cobb County, not the City of Atlanta
This is the distinction relocating buyers miss most often, usually because the postal address gave them no reason to ask. Taxation, schools and municipal services run through Cobb County here, not through the City of Atlanta, and a buyer comparing this address with one in Buckhead or Midtown is comparing two different jurisdictions as well as two different buildings.
We are not going to publish a millage rate, a tax comparison or a school rating on this page. Those are checkable facts that we have not checked, and in our experience a stale number repeated confidently does more damage than an acknowledged gap. What we will do is tell you the question is live, and confirm the current position with you against the county before you commit to anything.
What is within reach, and what we will not time
The practical amenity here is the district itself. The Battery Atlanta opened in 2017 with approximately 400,000 square feet of leasable space: restaurants, the Coca-Cola Roxy, the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta, offices occupied by Comcast and Papa John’s, and Truist Park. The Henry is designed to connect to it by pedestrian bridge.
That is the whole of the honest version. We have no sourced drive time to downtown, to Midtown or to Hartsfield-Jackson, so this page does not give one. Ten miles north-west of downtown is a distance we can stand behind; a commute is a claim about traffic on a particular road at a particular hour, and every number we could offer would be borrowed from somewhere we have not verified.

What it means for an owner
Day to day, it means a walkable destination that was finished and occupied before the residences existed, rather than a promised one. On paper, it means a Cobb County address with an Atlanta postmark, and every consequence of that belongs in the diligence rather than in a marketing paragraph.
It also means the comparison set is wider than it looks. A buyer weighing this against intown Atlanta is weighing jurisdiction, commute and district character at once, and those trade differently against each other at different budgets. That comparison is the work we do before a launch, not during one.
