Pricing and availability, as it actually stands
Nothing about the cost of owning here has been published. This page says exactly which parts of that sentence are true, because the gap between what is known and what is assumed is where buyers get hurt.

What is established
Fifty-four for-sale condominium residences are planned, in the development’s second phase, alongside the hotel.
The second phase is described as a tower of more than twenty storeys, shared with a 250-key Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott.
The development is designed to connect to The Battery Atlanta by pedestrian bridge.
Phase one was reported vertical in 2025, roughly two years after breaking ground.
What has not been released
Pricing. No price, no price per square foot, and no banding. Any figure presented as pricing today is not sourced from the development team.
Floor plans, residence sizes, and the mix of residence types.
Association structure and dues, parking arrangements, and leasing or rental policies.
A sales launch date, a sales gallery, or a marketing organisation. We have identified no announced construction start for the second phase, which contains the residences.
Why we will not estimate
It would be easy to publish a number. Comparable luxury inventory in Cumberland and Vinings exists, the square footages of similar towers are public, and an estimate dressed in enough caveats reads as analysis.
It would also be the single most harmful thing on this site. A number anchors a buyer’s expectations months before the developer sets one, and anchored expectations are how people end up disappointed by a fair price or relieved by an unfair one. When pricing is released we will say what it is and what we think of it. Until then the honest answer is that nobody outside the development team knows.
What is actually being monitored

How private access works
Registering establishes a buyer-advisory relationship with Chimpre Group, independent of the developer. We monitor the terms above, read each release against your position rather than forwarding it, and prepare the financing posture and comparison work in advance of a launch rather than during one.
It confers no reservation and no priority. None exists to confer: there is no queue, no allocation and no sales programme to join yet, and anyone implying otherwise is describing something that does not exist. The value is the preparation.
